The Dairy Council came into school during the month of May to talk to the Primary 5 and Primary 6 children about 'Food and Fitness'.
The children learned more about the different food groups and how to create a healthy balance for our bodies within these groups.
We were taught a fun 'Rap' to help us remember the food and fitness facts!
