Our topic for the World Around Us this half term has been Electricity. We have enjoyed finding out about the pioneers who discovered it for us and how we can ensure we have renewable sources of energy for the future generations.
We have particularly enjoyed building circuits. We have used batteries of different sizes to power bulbs, motors and buzzers. We have looked at what happens when we introduced switches to our circuits. It has been a really interesting topic and one we have all really enjoyed!
