As part of Maths Week 2016 the children here at St. Patrick's have been enjoying learning about Maths in lots of different ways.
On Wednesday 19th October the Primary 3 and 4 children participated in a 'Maths Trail'. They were helped by three Year 13 Maths Students from St. Ronan's College, Lurgan. The girls - Anna, Kara and Lauren- helped our children answer the questions which were scattered around the school grounds. They then had to work out a message using a secret code! All our children had a great afternoon!
Special thanks goes to Mrs. Droogan from St. Ronan's College and our very own Mrs. Canavan for organising the fun task! Again - we are very grateful to Anna, Kara and Lauren for coming out to work with us. We hope to see them back at St. Patrick's very soon!
