Primary 5 and 6 were delighted to welcome Katherine and Ellen from the Northern Ireland Dairy Council into school today.
They came in to talk to the children about The Food and Fitness programme that has been developed to help teach primary school children about the benefits of a balanced diet and an active lifestyle.
The children had great fun taking part in the little mini activities and learning the Food and Fitness Rap!
