World Book Day.
On Thursday 5th March, we celebrated World Book Day in school. This aims to encourage our children to experience and enjoy the wonder of reading!
As part of our whole school celebration we decided to write a story, where every class had to contribute.
Each teacher had to bring in an object that their class had to write into the story to make it interesting, exciting and enjoyable! It was top secret, teachers were NOT allowed to discuss their item!! They could only share it with their class.
We didn't find out what each teacher had brought in until the whole piece was written!
Now, go and find the story under school letters!!!!!!!
The following day the whole story was read out in assembly. Well done everyone.
It was a really fun thing to do as a whole school and the story turned out to be a very good read :-)
